TrialFramework: Connecting the dots within our vast literature to create a more efficient path forward.

Take a protocol as written and score two questions separately: whether the analog evidence actually supports the effect, and whether this design can detect it. Most trials mash those into one sample-size number. That said, the binding constraint is usually a protocol fact — labs, death coding, chemo mix, endpoint family — not N. We use math and a structured approach to find those needles in the haystack.

Integrate that information alongside 30 years of clinical experience and better paths forward can emerge.

The goal for the trial designer is simple: Ensure you ask the exact question you want answered, on the most optimized path to that answer.
